The cremesheen formula is meant to provide high-shine with medium to full coverage. They are very creamy and wear comfortably, and have great staying power.

The lipsticks in this collection are creamy and comfortable. I would say they are more sheer to medium coverage with decent wearing power. They do not dry out my lips as other MAC lipsticks have and felt very lightweight.

The product is creamy with a sheen. if you look closely you can see the tiny sparkles showing though the color - more so in the Go For It Lipstick. These do not pack a lot of pigment so don't expect full on color from them. They are suitable for everyday wear and more subtle lips....translation...right up my alley. If sheer is not your style then these are not for you.

Bare Pigmented Lips

Call My Bluff Lipstick - Mid-tone creamy coffee
Very sheer nude color. Adds a nice sheen to my natural lips. Great for everyday wear.

Jazzed Lipstick - Bright coral pink
Also very sheer but with a nice pop of coral color. It's very subtle and wearable versus in your face Vegas Volt.

I Like It Like That Lipstick - Deep Blue pink
This one is my fave. It's more purple/pink for me than Blooming Lovely which I already love! But it's not too pastel pink for darker skin tones like Viva Glam Gaga.

Go For It Lipstick - Mid-tone blue purple
This is a more sheer, more blue based version of Violetta. With pink gloss it look fab but by itself can appear a bit stark. It's an interesting color but takes effort to make it really work.

  1. they all look very nice on you, my fave is the last one though. I skipped the lipsticks in this collection (well is skipped the whole collection). I like "in ur face" shades, lol! Like bold red, fuchsia and bright corals...

  2. I agree, they're really smoothe & creamy. They don't feel heavy on the lips either. I love call my bluff & go for it. Go for it will look great over katricia.

I did my swatches last night.

  4. I swatched the "Go For It Lipstick" and it was gorgeous on my skin tone (NC50) but I didn't purchase it because I really don't do lipsticks neither can I see myself in purple lipstick....errrrrr, scary (for me)
