As stated before in the M∙A∙C Bloggers' Obsession Collection Information post, this collection hits close to my heart because it is centered around bloggers. A lot of the bloggers involved with the collaboration are new to me but I am happy to have now been introduced to them. I grabbed only two items from the collection which were the ones that appealed to me the most and coincidentally the ones I would have gotten either way - those were the two bloggers I was sure to support - Afrobella and Temptalia!

Temptalia or Christine is the super-blogger that got me started in makeup. My first online searches lead me to her website and I visit multiple times a day for my daily beauty dosage.

Afrobella or Patrice is a fellow West Indian with a great blog dedicated to all things beauty and natural hair. Her blog is one of the go to-s for darker skinned ladies. You go girl!

I won't go into pricing, packaging or purchasing since these are housed in the typical all back M∙A∙C Eyeshadow pot and Lipglass tube. The prices are the same as regular products but I must note that the items are only available ONLINE for purchase. Funny enough these two products were the first to be SOLD OUT but should be restocked soon according to some feedback from Temptalia.

Jealousy Wakes Eyeshadow is perfectly described as a emerald green with teal and gold pearl. It is a great vivid green color with a blue/teal sheen and subtle gold highlights. It has a Veluxe Pearl which great for pigmentation and application. The eyeshadow itself feels gritty against the skin when swatched but applies smoothly to the eyes. It's richly pigmented even without a primer and blends easily. If you love greens, you will definitely love this color. It may seem similar to other greens out there but the subtle nuances of teal and blue give it a certain umph. The finish is also not super frosty which makes it much more wearable on most skin tones and skin types. It may not be the most gorgeous and unique color but I personally am happy to have it in my collection.

All My Purple Life Lipglass is deep purple with subtle silvery pearl. It is highly pigmented and gives rich color in one swipe. Of course you will need to layer for full on, even color especially if you have pigmented lips. It's a unique color for my color because of it's depth. I do not own a purple gloss that is deep and rich in color. The wear time is 4-5 hours because it is a darker color. It will look great on darker skin tones but may take some work for lighter skin.
