MAKEUP LOOK + TUTORIAL | Summer Neons  
w/ Sugarpill EleKtroCutes Sparkling Neon Pigments

 

Eyes: 
PRIME:
I applied Urban Decay Anti-Aging Primer Potion all over my lid up to the brow bone. I then applied NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk (matte creamy white) on my entire lid area as a base - Real Techniques Deluxe Crease Brush. 

COLOR:
First on the outer lid and crease I applied MUFE #92 Eyeshadow (matte vibrant purple) - used to cut the crease. MAC 242 Small Shader Brush + Hakuhodo J232 Angled Eyeshadow Brush
Then on top of that purple and on the lower lashline I applied Sugarpill Hellatronic Sparkling Neon Pigment (matte indigo with red/purple/blue color-shifting super sparkles). Sigma E21 Smudge Brush + Hakuhodo J232 Angled Eyeshadow Brush
On the middle of the lid I used Sugarpill Sparkage Sparkling Neon Pigment (matte lime green with blue/green/gold color-shifting super sparkles). MAC 242 Small Shader Brush
Also on the middle of the lid I used Sugarpill Hi-Viz Sparkling Neon Pigment (matte yellow with blue/green/gold color-shifting super sparkles). MAC 242 Small Shader Brush
For the inner tearduct and lid I used MAC Vanilla Eyeshadow (matte ivory). MAC 239 Eye Shader Brush
On the lower lashline I used Sugarpill Love Buzz Sparkling Neon Pigment (matte hot pink with yellow/orange/red color-shifting super sparkles). MAC 242 Small Shader Brush
For the highlight under my brow I used TWO Cosmetics Bare Eyeshadow (matte warm beige). MAC 252 Large Shader Brush

BROWS:
My brows are filled in with Anastasia Brow Pencil in Brunette (matte brown). Paula Dorf Eye Definer Flat Top Brush

DEFINE:
For my lower waterline I used L'Oreal HiP Color Truth Cream Eyeliner (matte black). Sigma E05 Eyeliner Brush
I lined my upper lashline with Laura Mercier Crème Eye Liner Liner in Noir (matte black). MAC 263 Small Angle Brush
I used Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara for my lashes and added Nigel's Beauty Emporium #413 Eyelashes for effect. Duo Lash Adhesive.

Lips: 
POLISH:
I lined my lips with Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-on Lip Pencil in Deep (creamy warm brown-nude). Then I used Urban Decay Revolution Lipstick in Protest (creamy peachy nude) for my lips.

Face: 
FINISH:
I primed my skin with Anthony Logistics For Men Instant Fix Oil Control - hands. I used Lancôme Teint Idole Ultra 24H in 460 Suede W - Sigma Flat Top Synthetic Kabuki Brush - for my face and set my t-zone with BareMinerals READY™ SPF 15 Touch Up Veil in Tinted - face puff.

I used NARS Creamy Radiant Concealer in Caramel - Stila One Step Complexion Brush #33
Brush - under my eyes set with Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder in Diffused Light- powder puff.

For my cheeks I used Hourglass Illume Creme-To-Powder Bronzer Duo in Sunset (rosy nude pink) and - Real Techniques Expert Face Brush. I used Guerlain Terra Ora Powder Compact (shimmery bronze) for my contour - Cozzette S125 The Contour Stylist Brush.
