Requests...

Requests...
Hey guys! So I want to get more active with requests both for tutorials, tags, posts, looks, guides, etc. I have asked for requests before but they get lost in the sauce. So I found this to be the best way to keep track and have a checklist.

So with that being said, please feel free to post your requests HERE! I don't want to make promises but I will try my best to get to most if not all of the requests (will take time as you know). Please be as detailed as possible and leave links (for example if you want a tutorial for a look) if possible. Thanks!

  8. im really lazy when it comes to doing my own makeup.

can you do a tutorial for a super easy glam look that can be done within 15mins max?

i have spotty akin and a few pimples (i used to have a lot but they are gone now), my brows are naturally arched so i just trim them occasionally and extend the tips with a pencil or powder. so i can afford to bye pass the eyebrow filling part of makeup.

id really love to see the tutorial for my request.

  9. Great idea !
I do not count anymore how many times I asked for tutorials for those looks but I try this last chance :
    -the Golden olive look
    http://thefancyface.blogspot.com/2010/04/golden-olive-look.html
    -the St Patty's day look
    http://thefancyface.blogspot.com/2010/03/st-pattys-day-look.html

Those two are awesome and I'd love to reproduce them...

  16. Hi Tina, I see that you always have flawless looks, nice outfits and beautiful shoes, how about doing a post on how you maintain your skin, not only the face, but also body. I'm from the Caribbean and it is hard to find good lotions or oils to keep my skin moisturize in the winter. Thanks in advance.

  38. Hi Tina,

I notice that you wear the hottest open toe, or foot showing shoes most of the year (winter, spring, summer fall). I also notice that most of the time your legs are out, do you show your bare legs (skirts/dresses) in the colder months as it looks in your pictures? Im just asking because I don't have the gusts to do it but would love some inspiration LOL

    ReplyDelete
  39. Hi Kim,

I recommend calling the number on the website: 1-201-845-3910. I get mine at a local beauty supply store so I had never ordered from the website.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Hi Dana,

When I take shoe pictures I have to show the shoes so if I'm wearing pants they r rolled up. I wear mostly pants in the winter time but I will wear foot showing shoes. I don't get too cold since I am in and out of my car and I go straight indoors. I wear dresses and skirts when I go out in the winter but again I minimize my time out in the cold.

  68. Hello Fancy Face, i am looking for a face cream/mattifyer that is made in Jamaica. I saw a school mate use it once about 10 years ago.

Unfortunately, I do not know the name, I think it was in a small pink container and the cream itself may have been pink. I have been asking alot of Jamaicans about it, no one seems to know what it is.

It is not a bleaching cream (like Nadinola). It helps alot with oil control and it give the face a powdered look, as if one is wearing powder.

Can you please tell me the name of it and where I can possible purchase off line?

    Regards

    from the Bahamas

Hi, FancyFace. I'm Adriane. I live in Augusta, GA and I got online last night looking for ways to improve my make-up since I know very little and really I just started with foundation and I've been wanting have my eyeliner look better since it seems I don't do a good job on it. So, your video stood out to me. Then I saw that there seem to be like tons more so... you're my new teacher!! I am really glad that I found your videos. I do have to practice and purchase brushes and things but I am confident that things will go well. What I haven't found yet is a video of how to remove make-up without being harsh on your skin. Especially around the eyes and on the waterline ( i have no idea how make-up could be removed there safely). Thanks for all you've done so far and near future! I'm only on facebook but I HAD to hit up your blog to give you a big thanks!!! ~Pocahontas

  71. Hi Tina! I know you're pressed for time and are very busy but I'm making a request and HOPING that you can get around to it. I'm attending a wedding next month Dec. 24th to be exact and well I don't know what to do for makeup I know there will be lots of picture taking and I want to look my best...The bride is wearing a red wedding dress and the maid of honor is also wearing red...I still don't know what color i'm wearing i'm thinking red too or maybe green so i can stand out a bit (i'm a very close cousin to the bride) I think i'm more nervous about the whole ordeal than the bride herself...Anyways I think i'm ranting so if you could please help I would appreciate it!

Okay, I hope this isn't too much of a request, but I was curious to know if you are ever in the Washington, D.C./Maryland area, and I know this is not your full-time profession, but I really want my eye makeup to look like yours, there is one tutorial you did, that I am dying to have my eyes look like. Is there any way possible you could do my eye makeup and show me how to apply the products as you do? And how much is your rate? There is no way possible I can do my eyes like you do yours unless taught in the physical, and I really want to see my eye makeup like yours. Thank you. My e-mail is v_gabbiano@yahoo.com
